What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders and routine upkeep
• diagnose and repair defects
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• track maintenance supplies and inventory
• document service requests
• clean and maintain grounds and common areas
• inspect contractor work as needed
• follow safety procedures
• and respond to residents’ maintenance questions and concerns. The schedule may include evening, weekend, and holiday call.
