Resident Assistant — Arborview Court — PM Shift

The Resident Assistant works onsite in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, on the part-time PM shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Base pay is $19.10–$20.10 per hour, plus a $0.75-per-hour PM shift differential and a $2.00-per-hour weekend shift differential. The role supports Arborview Court residents and Park Vista’s mission to help residents live their best years. The assistant provides and documents resident care according to individual plans, reports changes in condition, responds to calls and alarms, and supports meals and activities. These services help residents receive responsive care while supporting their daily needs and well-being.

What you'll do

• Perform and document resident care and services according to the individual service plan
• report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
• respond promptly to emergency calls and resident alarms
• facilitate evening and weekend activities as required
• serve meals or feed residents as required
• perform cleaning and laundry as necessary
• monitor vital signs
• provide medication reminders or management within training and delegation.
