Job overview

What you'll do

• Perform skilled facility maintenance and repairs
• work on electrical and mechanical systems using tools and equipment
• service and diagnose HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, sprinkler, and other systems as qualified
• lead workers on projects
• train department members
• review vendor work
• correct discrepancies
• maintain logs and complete rounds, work orders, tests, and inspections
• recommend preventive maintenance improvements
• serve on the facility emergency response team.
