What you'll do

• Conduct leasing appointments, manage leads and tours, maintain showrooms, and follow up with prospects
• maintain leasing data and move-in and move-out records
• assist with office tasks and package management
• coordinate leasing, renewal, and resident events
• execute traditional, digital, and social marketing
• create approved social media content
• audit digital listings
• prepare reports
• coordinate room assignments and roommate matching
• build local and university relationships
• monitor market trends
• and partner with the service team on property presentation.
