What you'll do

• Provide care based on resident care plans and physician orders
• prepare and administer medications
• coordinate with facility personnel and other departments
• receive and give nursing reports
• make rounds with physicians as needed
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement
• communicate changes in resident needs to clinical leadership
• provide care for residents with dementia
• perform nursing services within the active license.
