Program Security Officer

The Program Security Officer is an onsite role based in Tysons, VA. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the Industrial Security Team in managing and administering DoD and Intelligence Community contracts. This role exists to ensure seamless contract delivery and compliance with government and company security standards. The officer will manage personnel security records, support SCIF operations, and facilitate communication between government customers and internal delivery teams.

What you'll do

• Assist in managing program security to ensure contract delivery and compliance.
• Communicate with government customers and program delivery managers.
• Compile and provide metrics regarding contract personnel and system status.
• Support physical and personnel security programs, SCIF operations, and facility build functions.
• Maintain personnel security clearance records in SIMS.
• Prioritize and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
