What you'll do

• Secure capacity and estimated pricing for truckload orders
• develop carrier relationships
• send and receive rate confirmations
• manage load postings and carrier calls
• research lanes and enter findings into the MCL tool or its replacement
• use analytics to inform buying decisions
• track shipments
• assist with claims documentation
• resolve problems and support carrier onboarding.
