The Light Equipment Operator role is onsite in Belleville, MI. Compensation is $17.00 per hour. RRD provides marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions for clients. The operator runs and sets up assigned production equipment, supports production goals and quality, and helps ensure materials are staged and work is completed safely and efficiently. The role also performs material-handling tasks as needed, troubleshoots equipment issues, records machine performance, and supports and trains team members.

What you'll do

• Load and unload materials
• set up machine components
• troubleshoot machine components and make minor non-mechanical adjustments
• operate equipment through a computer interface
• record machine performance in Excel
• perform quality checks and resolve productivity or quality issues
• follow safety and housekeeping procedures
• train and support team members
• perform material-handler duties as required.
