What you'll do

• Review policies and regulations with staff
• ensure program compliance
• review individual support plans and develop treatment plans
• participate in program meetings
• conduct quarterly reviews of plans, assessments, and behavior plans
• monitor service utilization
• assist with assessments
• orient and train employees
• observe service delivery at consumer locations
• assess program needs
• ensure billing criteria are met
• review service notes and records
• complete program paperwork and reports
• participate in on-call duties and fill in for direct support staff as needed.
