What you'll do
- Support occupancy goals and daily lead tracking

- help develop resident retention activities
- maintain administrative and maintenance supply inventory
- prepare and submit forms, files, and reports
- report unusual resident or property circumstances
- assist with audits of tenant files, work orders, leases, inspections, and program compliance
- bring non-compliance issues to the Community Manager and assist with corrective action
- support hiring, training, scheduling, and personnel management.
