Retort Operator — 2nd Shift

The work supports food safety, HACCP, regulatory compliance, and reliable production through equipment operation, sanitation, sampling, and process recordkeeping.

What you'll do

• Calibrate thermometers and prepare thermal processes
• operate the retort and monitor each cycle
• enter process data and maintain circle charts
• complete thermal process paperwork
• perform acid washes, plate cleaning, and sanitation checks
• collect samples for incubation and assist Quality Control and the Loader Operator.
