What you'll do

• Manage care department employee schedules
• coordinate coverage for open shifts, call-offs, paid time off, and other changes
• support applicant follow-up, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
• partner with community leadership on staffing needs
• monitor timekeeping, attendance, leave, and scheduling information
• communicate with team members
• identify staffing concerns and develop solutions
• respond to urgent scheduling needs after 6 p.m. and on weekends when necessary.
