What you'll do

• Manage commercial reconstruction projects from handoff through completion
• oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic rebuilds
• interpret mitigation scopes
• review insurance estimates
• develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement
• inspect job sites for quality and compliance
• serve as primary contact for clients and insurance stakeholders
• ensure OSHA, IICRC, and building-code compliance
• track costs, margins, and billing approvals
• use DASH for job tracking and documentation.
