• source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• write candidate outreach
• screen for technical depth and customer-facing skills
• coordinate with hiring managers and sales leaders on calibration, interview loops, and feedback
• maintain the ATS pipeline and report progress weekly.
