Linux Engineer

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and administer Oracle Linux and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers
• complete operating system configuration and server preparation
• manage packages, services, file systems, users, groups, permissions, and access
• integrate Linux servers with Active Directory
• support security hardening and monitoring tools
• troubleshoot system, connectivity, authentication, and application-support issues
• validate server readiness and prepare handoff to the Oracle application team
• document configurations and work
• collaborate with customer and project teams.
