Senior Project Manager — Mechanical Construction

What you'll do

• Lead mechanical construction projects

• negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements
• oversee RFIs, submittals, and project logs
• administer contracts, billing, and change orders
• monitor labor and project financial performance
• review invoices
