The Preschool Teacher — Schoolwide Support role is onsite in Georgetown, MA, with full-time availability between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The posting lists pay of $18–$24 per hour. The teacher supports Magical Beginnings’ Georgetown center, which serves infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children through nurturing, play-based early education. The role provides flexible classroom coverage across age groups, helping maintain consistent care and learning experiences as staffing and program needs change. Through responsive supervision, developmentally appropriate activities, and collaboration with classroom teams, the teacher supports children’s social-emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development.

What you'll do

• Provide flexible classroom support and coverage
• adapt to infant, toddler, preschool, and/or school-age classrooms
• create safe, nurturing, engaging environments
• support routines, transitions, activities, meals, and rest periods
• supervise children and maintain required ratios
• follow classroom routines, curriculum, health and safety procedures, and individualized care needs
• communicate with families and colleagues
• participate in team meetings and professional development.

Why this role

Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required; dual Infant Toddler and Preschool certification preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Full-time availability between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.; prior infant-care experience in a licensed childcare setting requested.
