What you'll do

• Lead group water exercise classes according to program standards and safety guidelines
• design workouts for varied fitness levels and abilities
• demonstrate techniques and modifications
• use rhythm and musical timing to cue participants
• monitor safety and respond appropriately to emergencies
• prepare equipment and maintain the aquatic exercise area
• track attendance and follow facility policies.
