HVAC Apprentice

The HVAC Apprentice role is onsite in Memphis, TN, paying $16 per hour. The apprentice supports lead technicians on service calls and installations for B & W Air Incorporated. The role develops safe tool use and practical skills while helping technicians complete service and installation work.

What you'll do

• Support lead technicians on service calls and installations
• load and unload tools
• clean and organize work areas and prepare job sites
• assist with HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• help carry equipment, remove old units, set up pads, and assemble ductwork
• clean coils, change filters, and clear drain lines under supervision
• follow safety guidelines.
