What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors
• conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter
• respond to incidents and disturbances
• monitor access points
• report suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• and complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs.
