The OCM Lead develops and executes change strategy across operational, technology, workforce, and manufacturing initiatives. The role assesses impacts and readiness, equips leaders and employees for change, and supports adoption across interconnected workstreams and sites.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the organizational change strategy and roadmap
• conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments
• create engagement, communication, training, readiness, and adoption plans
• develop and coach change networks
• support manufacturing and operating-model changes
• identify resistance and mitigation actions
• assess change resourcing
• and provide leadership updates on impacts, readiness, and adoption.
