The Front Desk and Sales Associate, Core Crew role is onsite at the Cathedral Commons studio in Washington, DC; compensation is $18.40 per hour plus opportunities to earn sales commission. [solidcore] is a boutique fitness company whose studios offer strength training, interval training, yoga, cycle, and hot mat Pilates. The role supports the Head Coach and Community Manager by welcoming clients, handling account and class transactions, responding to client needs, and supporting studio operations. It contributes to client experience and studio sales through service, product knowledge, follow-up, and maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

What you'll do

• Welcome and interact with clients
• address requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of studio retail products, class packages, beverages, towels, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues and schedule changes
• assist studio leadership and coaches with daily operations and cleanliness
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• recognize client milestones.
