Direct Support Professional

Job overview

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with day shifts from 7:00 am–3:00 pm or evening shifts from 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, Monday through Friday and every other weekend. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. Affinity Care MN provides person-centered support to empower people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. The role helps individuals with disabilities pursue personal goals and greater independence through daily living assistance, companionship, community participation, and support aligned with individual care plans. It also contributes to a safe, supportive environment through documentation and collaboration with families and team members.
