What you'll do

• Teach and model early childhood instructional practices
• support and mentor teaching staff
• maintain records
• conduct head counts and maintain child-to-staff ratios
• uphold licensing and program standards
• complete licensing paperwork
• when the Site Director is absent, review and approve timesheets, work orders, and purchase orders and communicate site issues to administration.
