The Electric Vehicle Charging Field Service Technician role is onsite in Pocatello, ID, with a stated base pay range of $23–$40 USD. Pearce provides maintenance, repair, operations, and engineering services for critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure. The technician maintains and repairs EV charging stations in a geographic region, completing equipment testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, preventive and corrective maintenance, safety assessments, and work-order documentation.

What you'll do

• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade Level 2 EV chargers and DC fast chargers
• perform insulation, thermal imaging, torque, and performance tests
• locate and isolate ground faults
• complete preventive and corrective maintenance
• review manuals and drawings
• document site issues and work orders
• conduct site safety assessments and required safety documentation.
