What you'll do

• Manage and evaluate 5–9 merchandisers across approximately 20–30 locations
• monitor performance and cover absences
• audit displays and maintain relationships with floral buyers
• prioritize daily work based on business needs
• provide data and feedback to merchandisers
• analyze regional and store data and propose actions
• oversee route sales activity, ordering, distribution, merchandising, promotions, and holiday planning
• coordinate staffing and compliance with HR
• engage customer store teams
• drive to stores and cover routes as needed.
