Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Compensation is $32–$33 per hour. The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor role is onsite in Valdosta, GA. All Ways Caring HomeCare provides home-based care, and this position supports clients receiving care in their homes. The nurse supervisor uses clinical expertise to guide caregivers and nurses and help ensure clients receive care consistent with physician orders and individualized plans. The role balances care planning, supervisory visits, documentation review, training, and administrative responsibilities rather than continuous daily hands-on care.

What you'll do

• Create patient plans of care according to physician orders and ensure compliance
• implement nursing support in home settings
• review nursing documentation, medication administration records, verbal orders, and medication profiles
• complete supervisory visits and caregiver competency assessments
• provide required training to caregivers and nurses
• follow operational, state, and regulatory policies
• participate in staff meetings and in-services.
