What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, fire and sprinkler equipment, HVAC, landscaping, carpentry, painting, and equipment
• maintain walls, floors, doors, windows, furniture, and woodwork
• repair and maintain vacated rooms
• complete work orders promptly
• document safety issues and physical plant deficiencies
• assist with community vehicle maintenance
• support safety-procedure training
• respond to accidents and emergencies according to protocol.
