Compensation is $0 per year. The Project Scheduler role is an onsite, full-time contract opportunity in Tulsa, OK, supporting day-to-day scheduling coverage for the Project Controls team. System One provides outsourced services and workforce solutions to clients across North America. The role exists to maintain accurate project schedules and help teams coordinate work priorities, resources, and reporting. By monitoring progress and identifying conflicts or capacity constraints, the Scheduler supports aftermarket and new equipment orders.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project schedules in the Concerto scheduling system
• support scheduling for aftermarket and new equipment orders
• coordinate schedule updates and priorities with project managers, planners, and execution teams
• monitor progress and identify conflicts or capacity constraints
• assist with resource planning and workload balancing
• maintain accurate scheduling data and support reporting
• provide day-to-day scheduling coverage for the Project Controls team.
