What you'll do

• Promote company and brand standards
• interview, hire, and onboard staff
• ensure associates receive orientation and required training
• schedule staff to support service and profitability
• fill in as needed during staffing shortages or occupancy surges
• coach and mentor staff
• process daily deposits and make approved collection calls
• use yield management to drive revenue during high-demand periods
• inspect the facility and coordinate cleanliness and maintenance
• review daily audit reports
• share guest and associate survey scores, financial goals, budgets, and operational issues with staff
• resolve guest complaints.
