Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite at Miller’s Home Center in Baker City, OR. Compensation is $14.65–$25 per hour. The representative manages sales from lead identification through closing, primarily serving existing account customers and also assisting walk-in customers and homeowners. The role supports customer projects by preparing estimates and coordinating orders with store, yard, and office teams.

What you'll do

• Identify potential customers and make sales presentations
• assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• maintain existing customer relationships
• prepare estimates and process quotes, purchase orders, tickets, changes, and invoices
• assist with customer service issues
• coordinate sales-order execution with yard, store, and office personnel
• handle special orders
• support credit requirements
• maintain customer accounts and increase wallet share.
