The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Day Shift role is onsite in Newland, NC, with compensation of $12–$18 per hour. The CNA provides direct resident care and supports the nursing team in maintaining residents’ health, comfort, dignity, and independence. The work includes assistance with daily activities, health observation, resident engagement, and maintaining a safe environment.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating, hydration, and hygiene
• measure and record vital signs
• report changes in condition
• provide medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under licensed staff supervision
• encourage participation in activities
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• follow infection-control and safety procedures.
