What you'll do

• Drive personal and store sales goals while delivering customer service
• support store talent acquisition, training, and development
• build partnerships with clinical services
• review performance reports
• communicate with the Support Center and Human Resources
• support lab production and delivery commitments
• perform simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses
• monitor order accuracy and lab standards.
