What you'll do

• Assist senior management with a team of scheduling managers and coordinators
• handle client-related issues
• participate in client and caregiver meetings
• match caregivers to cases
• schedule and document home visits
• collaborate on care-plan reviews and updates
• evaluate satisfaction and resolve complaints and incidents
• maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
• perform evening and weekend on-call duties as directed.
