What you'll do

• Coordinate VBOC programming, webinars, workshops, and information sessions
• develop program content and support staff training
• assist with grant reporting and data tracking
• coach small-business clients and provide loan-application technical assistance
• conduct client intakes and follow-ups
• support referrals, outreach, and lending-pipeline coordination.
