What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• schedule and reschedule appointments
• review schedules and fill appointment opportunities
• collect, verify, update, and document patient demographics, insurance information, and forms
• reconcile visits
• verify insurance
• collect payments, balances, and copays
• assist with payment plans and sliding-fee applications
• answer and direct calls
• document in the EHR
• maintain confidentiality
• escalate concerns and support office supply monitoring.
