What you'll do

• Build one-on-one relationships with clients
• assess needs and develop individualized employment and career advancement plans
• provide case management and follow-up
• conduct customer orientations
• facilitate job-readiness and career-development workshops
• connect participants with community services, training, and credentials
• document contacts and track retention and career progression
• coordinate with business services on job requirements and training
• support intake and participant assessments.
