What you'll do

• Lead process advancement in large-part machining, spin forming, and bump forming
• develop process controls and manufacturing methods
• lead CNC programming efforts
• advance engineering data systems
• oversee design engineering, CNC programming, manufacturing engineering, and project engineering
• mentor and manage personnel
• coordinate project staffing and plans
• support business development
• develop technology upgrade and capability expansion proposals
• and drive cross-site collaboration and standardization.
