The Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool II — Full Time Nights role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Pay is $51.30–$81.85 per hour. The schedule is 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., 36 hours weekly. The hospital float pool supplements staffing across inpatient departments, including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, DOU, and ICU. The RN provides safe, therapeutic care to emergent and critically ill or injured patients across assigned specialty groups. The nurse works with the interdisciplinary team, supports patient throughput and the patient experience, advocates for patients, and integrates evidence-based nursing practice while meeting high-acuity care needs.
