Government Project Analyst

The Government Project Analyst role is onsite in Petersburg, VA, with a stated salary range of $70,000–$85,000 per year. By tracking obligations, maintaining audit-ready records, coordinating stakeholders, and surfacing risks and delays, the analyst helps teams execute contract requirements and strategic initiatives reliably.

What you'll do

• Support government contract administration and governance
• track obligations, milestones, deadlines, and reporting requirements
• maintain project governance records
• monitor project health and flag risks or delays
• coordinate governance meetings and stakeholder sessions
• prepare agendas, briefing materials, minutes, and action tracking
• develop status reports and dashboards
• support contract reviews, audits, and compliance checkpoints
• coordinate with Strategy, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Program teams.
