What you'll do

• Set up and stock the bar
• prepare and store garnishes, juices, and perishables
• greet guests, take and document drink orders, and prepare beverages using standard recipes
• comply with alcohol-service requirements
• enter orders into the point-of-sale register
• receive payments and balance cash
• secure beverage and equipment items and deposit cash drops.
