The representative manages high-volume calls, re-engages prior leads, and tracks sales activity to meet revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Follow up with warm leads generated by the sales and marketing teams.
• Contact homeowners who previously requested service or consultations.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their HVAC or home service needs.
• Present service options and convert opportunities into closed sales.
• Re-engage prior leads and rehash opportunities that did not previously convert.
