Activity Assistant — Long-Term Care

What you'll do

• Plan and facilitate engaging and therapeutic activities
• assist the Activity Director with assessing residents’ interests and developing individualized activities
• prepare and distribute activity calendars and communications
• build relationships with residents and families
• encourage participation
• document resident participation and activities
• perform other duties as assigned.
