What you'll do

• Determine escrow requirements from buyer, seller, and lender instructions
• order title reports and resolve title defects
• prepare and review transaction documents
• assemble and check closing documents
• prepare Closing Disclosures using lender instructions
• balance funds and disbursements
• comply with regulatory requirements
• disburse loan proceeds upon lender approval
• help develop and mentor other escrow officers.
