Service Advisor

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact among customers, dealers, technicians, and the Jayco Call Center
• assess product defects by clarifying symptoms, inspecting vehicles, and reviewing maintenance records
• manage service schedules and assign technician work
• prepare repair orders and obtain approvals
• search recalls and technical service bulletins
• prepare customer-pay estimates
• coordinate follow-up for subcontracted and vendor repairs
• assist with walk-in requests and, when required, customer accommodation and authorized reimbursement arrangements.
