The specialist builds and optimizes lifecycle marketing programs that help prospects and clients access the company’s Wealth Planning services. The role contributes through responsive email development, multi-channel journey execution, quality assurance, testing, and ongoing improvements to campaign performance and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Develop responsive, ADA-compliant emails using HTML and CSS
• build personalization and dynamic content with basic AMPscript
• test emails across devices and clients
• configure and execute lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and push
• conduct quality assurance and stakeholder approval workflows
• support A/B testing and optimization
• participate in peer code reviews
• document and govern templates, modules, and logic blocks
• identify improvements to program efficiency, quality, and performance.

Why this role
