The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Muskogee, OK, with day shifts from 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or afternoon shifts from 10:30 AM–6:30 PM. Compensation is not specified. Eastgate Care & Rehabilitation Center provides care for residents in a skilled nursing setting. The aide prepares and delivers food trays and requested items, supports therapeutic and special diets, and maintains clean, organized kitchen and dining operations. The role contributes to resident safety and daily care by following infection-control practices and handling food and supplies appropriately.

What you'll do

• Prepare trays for general and therapeutic diets
• prepare special diet foods and assist with salads, desserts, and nourishments
• deliver food carts and requested items
• operate dishwashers and record wash/rinse temperatures
• wash items by hand
• clean floors, refrigerators, and storage areas
• log temperatures and rotate supplies
• follow infection prevention and control practices
• treat residents and guests with respect.
