What you'll do

• Fabricate metal structures through cutting, bending, and assembly
• follow safety practices and seek continuous improvement
• use Ajax to size intermediate and finishing mills for setup
• keep stands 1–16 at designed size
• communicate with mill adjustment personnel about product quality
• maintain production rates
• inspect newly installed stands before rolling
• and adjust furnace temperatures to maintain axle temperatures when needed.
