What you'll do

• Follow ServSafe and HACCP procedures
• monitor food safety, temperatures, allergies, and specialized dietary modifications
• purchase, receive, label, and store supplies
• assist with meal preparation and modified textures
• monitor tray assembly and labeling
• maintain records
• inspect and clean kitchen areas
• cooperate with licensing and accreditation requirements.
