Deck Supervisor

The Deck Supervisor role is part-time and onsite in Owings Mills, MD. Compensation is $15–$19 per hour. Goldfish Swim School’s team focuses on children’s safety in and around water and a consistent experience for students and families. The supervisor leads pool-deck shifts, keeps lessons on schedule, coaches instructors and lifeguards, and communicates with families about student progress. The role supports safe, clean facilities and consistent lesson quality.

What you'll do

• Prepare the deck and lead shift meetings
• keep lessons on time
• observe and coach instructors, assistants, and lifeguards
• discuss student progress with families
• complete logs and monitor attendance
• coordinate cleanliness
• arrange coverage when needed
• substitute as an instructor or lifeguard when needed
• support training and corrective action.
